converting your saved youtube videos

Here's a quick and easy video tutorial on saving and converting youtube (etc) videos. I use the video downloader extension on firefox, if you do to you can skip the 2nd/3rd step. The part I needed to know was where to get the free software for encoding for different formats. Many thanks to nicktendo for posting the video.
