The funny thing about this is that this is pretty much nothing. There's no substance to it. It's just a sub-par joke in some speech at a media event. Her comment that we should bomb Islamic countries and convert them to Christianity was much, much worse. If she were going to be run out on a rail then that would have been the ideal time (National Review had the good sense to do just that at the time). By now her antics are just annoying. I'm actually amazed people still pay attention to her.
but also, I just think we should remember that life is precious, and God, and the Bible.
