my first try at frying an egg french style

Went pretty well, though there is still much work to do. I need fresher eggs and butter. I will note that the spatula I took out was not needed, it slid right out. There was no sign of browning at all, but it was still a good bit under the standard of Petite Provence.

I think it's just as beautiful, with no snobby French waiter required!
