Just shows how out-of-touch political cartoonists are. When was the last time Brit-Brit's tummy was that flat? 2002?
Colbert did this same joke last night. Check the pipes - it's even better with video! (Also, it turns out Obama has been hot for skinny blondes since as early as age 10.)
